Easiest Ever Fruit Salad

Is there anything better on a hot summer day
than a bowl of cold fruit salad?
I love this recipe because it is easy, it keeps well for days
and, oh, yes, it's delicious!

Easiest Ever Fruit Salad

15 oz can sliced peaches, drained
15 oz can fruit cocktail, drained
11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
20 oz can pineapple tidbits, do not drain
2 firm bananas
1 box instant vanilla pudding.

Drain the fruit and save the juice.
Combine all fruit except for bananas.
Sprinkle dry pudding over the fruit and stir until combined.

Mixture will thicken as it absorbs the pudding.

Chill for an hour or overnight.

  Before serving, slice bananas and
add to drained fruit juice.
Add the bananas to the fruit mixture.

Enjoy!

You can certainly add any fruit of your choice
including fresh fruit.
You can also use sugar free pudding.

The fruit salad keeps fresh several days in the refrigerator.
