Kaia's Reese's Cup Cookies

Cooking with my grandkids is always special!
When they spend the night,
I try to have something planned for us to "whip up"!
These cookies are most yummy and oh so easy.
Find a little one in your life and enjoy!

Kaia's Reese's Cup Cookies

1 Pkg Betty Crocker Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
1 bag of the small individually wrapped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray.
Mix the cookie mix with the ingredients on the package--
oil, water and an egg.

Place a scoop of the batter in  each muffin tin.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

While they're baking, unwrap the Peanut Butter Cups.
When the cookies come out of the oven,
gently push a Reese's Cup into the middle of each one.

Let cool for about 5 minutes and then run a spoon around
each one an pop out of the tin.

Finish cooling on a wire rack and enjoy!

******************************************************************************************

This is how happy you will be
when you start the cookie baking adventure...

You will mix the cookie batter with the
water, oil and egg as on the package...

(Grandma forgot to take a picture of this part...sigh...)

Place a scoop of batter into each tin...

While the cookies are baking, unwrap the Reese's Cups...

You will want to test some of these
because there will be more than enough...

Yes, the testing part IS an important part
of this cookie baking process :)

They will look yummy like this
when they come out of the oven...but wait!!!!

Press those Reese's Cups....
the ones that are left after the "testing"...
into each cookie like so...

Now, there's one last test...the cookie tasting!!
Success!!

Chocolate perfection!!!
