Biscoff No Bake Cookies

My kids always loved the TOS Cookies (top of stove)
that are made with peanut butter and oatmeal.
Well, Kaia and I made a similar version this weekend
with the last bit of our Biscoff spread.
We hope you enjoy!

Biscoff No Bake Cookies
1 stick of butter
 2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup Biscoff spread
2 1/2 cups oats

In a medium saucepan,  melt butter over medium/low heat.
Stir in milk, sugar and cocoa until well combined
then turn up the heat to medium/high.
Once the mixture starts to bubble and boil, time for 5 minutes. Then remove from heat and stir in the
Biscoff spread and then the oats.
Plop the cookies on to wax paper by the spoonful.
They should harden up within 2-3 minutes.

The delicious ingredients...

In your saucepan, over medium high heat...add the butter, evaporated milk, cocoa, and sugar...

Bubble, bubble, toil and trouble...
for about 5 minutes, stirring consistently...

Remove from the heat and add the Biscoff spread,
the oats and vanilla...

Stir until well combined and drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper...
They'll harden in a few minutes...

Look at how beautiful they turned out!

The taste test...

Yes!  Amazing, Grandma!  :)
