Bacon & Egg Breakfast Pizza

I think this would be a great quick and fun
breakfast to make with the kids on the weekend.

The pizzas had a great flavor with the bacon and the cheese--
I would also love to add sauteed onions, some tomatoes and even peppers...mmm...maybe mushrooms too!  :)

On that note,  great idea would be to have a make your own
breakfast pizza station--
just like the popular omelet stations---much fun!

Bacon & Egg Breakfast Pizza

1 large pre-baked pizza crust or 3 individual ones like we used
4 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked, chopped bacon
salt & pepper to taste

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and add the heavy cream.
Stir in the cheeses and add the chopped bacon.
Add some salt and pepper to taste.
Place your pizza crusts on your pizza pan or stone.
Divided the egg mixture among the crusts.
Cook 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes until the eggs are slightly brown on the edges and puffy.
Don't overcook or the eggs will be too dry.
