The guys at work are always raving about a wonderful
Taco Soup that they've had during the last big game!
This is my quick, easy and delicious recipe that will be a hit
at your next weekend get-together :)
Touchdown Taco Soup
1 lb Ground Beef, cooked and drained
1 can Green Giant White Chiptole Corn, undrained
1 can light red kidney beans, undrained
1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1 small can of Chopped Green Chilies
1 Hidden Valley Ranch packet
1 Taco seasoning packet
2 cups water
1 Hidden Valley Ranch packet
1 Taco seasoning packet
2 cups water
Combine all ingredients in Crockpot.
Stir and cover with lid. Cook on low
6-8 hours.
Serve with Tortilla Chips, Corn Chips,
Shredded Cheese and Sour Cream.

I confess that I cheated with the ground beef
because I had left over taco meat!

I'm not sure why...
Anyway, give all the ingredients a stir
and cook it on low 6-8 hours...
