St. Patrick's Day Crockpot Corned Beef and Cabbage

This was such an easy recipe that turned out super delicious!
If you don't want to add the beer, you can substitute beef broth.
I wish my Jessica could have been here to enjoy it with me--
it's her favorite!

St. Patrick's Day Crockpot Corned Beef and Cabbage

1 pkg corned beef roast
4-5 potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 cups petite carrots
1 onion, cut in large wedges
1 head of cabbage
1 can Guinness

Add the corned beef, potatoes, carrots and
cabbage to a lightly oiled crockpot.

Season roast with the seasoning packet that came with it
and then with a few teaspoons of Morton's Nature Seasoning.

Pour in the beer, cover, and set to cook on low for 5-6 hours.

The yummy ingredients...

I layered my veggies...

Place the roast on top with the seasoning...
Pour the Guinness in next....

Season a bit...

Cover and head out to work!

Look at what is waiting when you get home!

Delicious!

I thought he was kinda cute!
