"C" is for Coffee--and Crockpot Chicken!










 









Coffee!!

This is how I like my coffee---

you know, about 1/2 cup Folgers Breakfast Blend--


(sissy coffee as my Daniel calls it!)--
very mild--
and then about 1/3 cup of this wonderful Italian Sweet Cream!!  
It is most heavenly!





 
Daniel and my Mom love their coffee very strong and very black.  Mom loves her Paul Newman's Extra Bold


and 
Daniel likes anything that's even stronger than that!  

His favorite that I have ordered him before is called "Jet Fuel"---
not even my Sweet Italian Cream can make that drinkable for me...
just saying....

 Anyway, no matter how you like it, get a cup and sit in the beautiful glow of your Christmas tree lights this season 
and just soak in the joy of all we've been given 
and everything we've been blessed with.

Today I'm sharing my quick and easy Crockpot Ranch Chicken--

It's heavenly!  


Crockpot Ranch Chicken

1 1/2 pounds chicken breast 
1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken and Herb Soup
1 envelope dry Ranch Dressing

Place chicken in the crockpot.  
Spoon the soup over the chicken and add 
the dry ranch dressing on next.  
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.  
It makes the most tender chicken and delicious sauce.  
We love to serve it over Jasmine Rice! 

 Coming home to this easy dinner is heavenly! 


Just perfect over Jasmine rice with a side of steamed broccoli!

  2. Most of the time I'm running out the door to work so mine is frozen and it works just fine!
