Toppings
1 cup Shredded Mexican cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup real bacon bits
1/4 cup green onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Sour Cream Ranch Sauce
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup milk
Cook frozen tater tots according to package directions.
Make the sour cream ranch sauce while they're cooking.
Spread 1/2 of the sour cream ranch sauce
in the baking dish you will finish the tots in.
When the tots are done, place them in the sauce.
Drizzle remaining sauce on the top, and sprinkle on the toppings.
Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes to melt the cheese.
Serve immediately.

While they're cooking, make the sauce...
using the sour cream, ranch dressing and milk...
Stir till creamy...
Put 1/2 of the sauce into your baking dish
that you're going to finish your tots in...
When the tots are done, pour them over the sauce...
Add the remaining sauce, shredded cheeses,
crumbled bacon and green onion...
Bake 350 degrees about 15 minutes or so
until the cheese is all melty... Yum!!

Well, it's still very very true...
My friend from work was at home with her little boys
a couple of weeks ago...
The oldest is 4 and he got into bed with her when he woke up...
She said he was looking for the remote and then exclaimed,
"Shoot! It's on the floor!"
"That's ok," she said, "Let's just snuggle."
She said he looked at her with those big honest eyes
and replied with that sweet little voice,
"But I'd just rather watch a little TV."....
It really doesn't matter how old--or young the guys are...
it's just the same, isn't it girls! :)
Anyway, cook this for those guys tonight and you might
just get a little snuggle time in front of the TV!
It has all the right ingredients...cheese, sour cream, bacon,
green onions, ranch dressing and tater tots!
Who wouldn't snuggle with you after that? :)
