Sausage & Cheese Biscuit Muffins

I think we are pretty awesome at making goodies in
the little muffin pan--whether sweet or savory!
These little biscuits were most delicious and it was easy to grab a couple on the way out the door to work each morning!

Sausage & Cheese Biscuit Muffins

2 1/4 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 stick of butter, grated
1 cup cooked, drained and crumbled sausage

2 TBSP butter, melted to brush the biscuits with
when they come out of the oven

Stir together Bisquick and milk.
Add cheese and sausage.  Mixture will be sticky.

Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet
or you can use a mini-muffin pan like I did!

Bake 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Brush with the 2 TBSP melted butter
when they come out of the oven.

The cast of morning characters...

Combine the Bisquick, shredded cheese, milk...

and grated butter...

Mix until well combined...
It was sticky and much easier to mix with my hands...

Add the cooked sausage...

Place in a greased muffin pan and bake 350 degrees
for 12-15 minutes...

Brush each one with the melted butter...

You'll have a great big bowl of morning happiness!  :)
