Game Day Sausage Dip

Sharing a most simple cheese dip that you can whip up 
right before the game day festivities begin!
This one is a winner!





Game Day Sausage Dip

1/2 lb sausage 
8 oz cream cheese 
8 oz Velveeta
1/2 cup sour cream 
1 can Mexican Rotel Tomatoes, undrained 

In a medium skillet, brown sausage and drain. 

Add the cream cheese, Velveeta, Rotel
and sour cream and cover with a lid. 

Cook on low about 30 minutes until all the ingredients are melted. 

You can serve right from the skillet 
or pour in crock pot to keep warm. 

Serve with tortilla chips

I left in on low about 30 minutes until every bit 

was creamy and completely melted...
