Just had to buy these new flavor Carrot Cake
M&M's to see what we could create...
Well, this experiment turned out to be spectacular!
Bring some home today and bake up a batch of
these yummy cookie bars!
Spring Magic Carrot Cake Bars
1 box carrot cake mix
1 stick of butter
1 egg
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 cup carrot cake M & M's
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup coconut
For your crust, mix the cake mix,
the stick of melted butter and the egg.
Press into bottom of 13 x 9 pan.
Pour sweetened condensed milk over next, followed by
the M&M's, white chocolate chips, coconut and nuts.
Press down slightly with your hands.
Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Cool completely and cut into pieces.
Enjoy!

The extra yummy ingredients...
You can mix this by hand, but I'm seriously
in love with my dough hook...
It always makes my life a little easier...
When you get the crust all mixed, dump it in your baking pan--
I always line mine with parchment paper...
it makes my life easier as well!
Spread the crust to the edges...
Pour the can of sweetened condensed milk over the crust...
then the pecans...
and the coconut...
the Carrot Cake M & M's and the white chocolate chips...
Press the toppings down slightly with your hands...
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes...
Let cool completely and then cut into squares...
Enjoy!
