Lisa's Easy Mexican Layered Dip

Sometimes you just have to throw something together in a pinch!

I usually have all the ingredients on hand in the fridge 

to make this most wonderful impromptu party dip!

Lisa's Easy Mexican Layered Dip

1--8oz cream cheese, room temperature

2 cups sour cream

1-2 cups salsa

1 pkg taco seasoning

1 cup pico

1 or 2 green onions sliced thin

8 oz shredded cheese

In a 9 x 13 pan, spread the cream cheese until smooth.

Pour the salsa over next.

Mix the sour cream with the taco seasoning 

and carefully spread over the salsa.

Top with the shredded cheese, pico and green onion.

If I have black olives, I will add that too!

Enjoy with tortilla chips!
