Chicken & Stuffing Bake

Sharing an easy and satisfying meal for you to try.  
It on has a few ingredients and will take no time to throw together.  I love to serve it with a side of steamed broccoli or asparagus.  



Chicken & Stuffing Bake

4 thawed chicken breast or 8 chicken tenderloins
1 pkg stove top chicken flavor stuffing mix
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of milk

Place the chicken in your baking dish.  

Season with salt and pepper or my favorite--
Morton's Nature Seasoning.  

Pour the dry  dressing over the chicken next.  

In a bowl, combine the sour cream, 
the soup and the can of milk.  

Pour this mixture over the chicken 
and spread carefully to the edges.  

Cover with foil and bake 1 hour.  

Take the foil off and bake 10 minutes longer. 

 **It was really good this way, but we really like our chicken 
in small pieces or shredded even, 
so I believe next time I will give it a different spin :)

Pour the dry stuffing over the chicken...


In a bowl, combine the soup...

 the sour cream...


and the milk...

Stir well and pour over the stuffing...

Spread it carefully to the edges...

Cover with foil...
Bake 1 hour, then uncover and bake 10 minutes.

It smells soooo wonderful!!
