Had a tough week?
Well, cook these this weekend
and retreat to your hiding place!
Peanut butter, cheesecake and brownies all in one?

Peanut Butter Cheesecake Swirl Brownies

1 pkg brownie mix of your choice--you'll also need whatever the ingredients are on your brownie package

For the peanut butter cheesecake swirl you'll need:

4 oz  cream cheese
3 TBSP sugar
6 TBSP peanut buter
1 egg

Line you 8 x8 pan with foil.
I then sprayed mine with nonstick cooking spray.

Prepare your brownie mix according to the directions
on the package and pour into the pan.

In your mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar,
peanut butter and egg until smooth.

Drop by teaspoonfuls over brownie batter.
Pull a knife through and swirl.

Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Let cool on rack for 10 minutes; then lift out with the foil
and allow to cool completely before cutting.
Enjoy!
