We love appetizers and finger foods around here!
This is a great little bite for your next get-together...
easy and most delicious!
1 roll Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 cup chopped chicken breast--you can use canned,
but I roast mine and shred it
1 cup fresh broccoli crowns, chopped fine
1 small jar pimento, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Morton's Nature Seasoning or just salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, add the chopped chicken, chopped broccoli, pimento, cheese, mayo and seasoning.
Mix until well combined.
Unroll the crescents into rectangles. Press the seams closed.
With my pizza cutter I cut the rectangle into 6 squares.
Place the squares into your mini muffin pan.
Repeat until the pan is full.
Add a scoop of the chicken mixture on top of the crescent roll. Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
