Ok, hold on to your seats...
or fluffy pillows...
I'm
going on an adventure today with my sweet
daughter-in-law Amy...
we are
trying out a yoga class...
Yes, Y..O..G..A..
No, not a new frozen yogurt store,
but a Yoga exercise class...
I was checking out some classes online to see what would fit our two crazy schedules
I was checking out some classes online to see what would fit our two crazy schedules
and I must say,
some are a little
frightening.
Especially the one that said the Yoga room
is kept at
90 degrees...
blink...blink...
Sorry, that is camp weather....
and the picture
below is me...
See what I mean?
I text my best friend, Suzie,
to let
her know about this new idea...
and the 90 degree room...
"Are you really gonna do it?" she asked.
"I guess, but don't they know
"Are you really gonna do it?" she asked.
"I guess, but don't they know
that
I don't like to glisten?"
I replied.
You know, Southern girls do know sweat..they glisten...:)
"I read here they have chair yoga...

"I read here they have chair yoga...
I
wonder if it's yoga in a recliner?" I asked.
"I seriously doubt it!"
"I seriously doubt it!"
she
replied, bursting my bubble...
She always brings me back to reality...
She always brings me back to reality...
that's
what bestest friends are for you know...
I sent Amy a date and time and she replied that she might have to be a little late for that class but it was ok.
"No!" I gasped.

The
website says they won't let you in late and then
I will be trapped with
all those people who can probably balance their entire body with one arm
for the next hour!"
Apparently this Yoga business is serious--
they
won't let you in late, you can't leave early and they recommend that you don't eat much
before you come to class...
I'm afraid...
That's why
it's important to use the buddy system!
If you have to be trapped,
you need to be trapped with a friend!
Well, I will let you know how it goes....
For now, I'm sharing this delicious recipe
Well, I will let you know how it goes....
For now, I'm sharing this delicious recipe
that I possibly cannot eat before class!
This is such a yummy breakfast...

you get the idea!
You can use a variety of biscuits...
canned,
frozen (thawed out)
or
frozen (thawed out)
or
homemade (if you want to go all out!)
I had the tiny frozen Pillsbury Biscuits, so I used them.
They were quick and easy and were a hit here!
Even Momma approved! :)
