Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie

Top 5 Things I Learned at Yoga Class

1.  They do NOT have chairs---
liar, liar pants on fire...
just saying...

2.  My yoga mat really needs to be made from Memory Foam--
that wooden floor is hard!

(it is pretty though...purple with light blue polka dots and flowers!:)

3.  I really need to find a new route to the studio--
the Hot Donut sign spoke to me before and after class--
I did turn the other cheek though...yea me :)

4.  I learned about our "inner single eye"--
to which my mind pictured...

Yeah... couldn't get the little guy out of my head at that point...sigh..

5.  They have a class called "aerial yoga"--
what???...
I don't even want to know...

Anyway...

I did do pretty well...

I was able to focus and relax a little--
to which I find great difficulty in doing...

I did not fall over during the stances...
(just wobbled a little!)

I was not the oldest one there...
so there's hope for me!

I'm so thankful for Amy going with me
and being my yoga buddy!

As we were leaving, the instructor announced that for Valentine's, they were having a special couple's yoga class...

hmmm...

dinner, flowers, candy, jewelry
OR
a yoga class...

My inner eye says Bonefish and Godiva all the way!
I love him!!!

Give it one last stir and pour into your baking dish...

Unroll the crescent rolls and place over
the top of the chicken mixture...
