Death By Reese's Cake

We've all heard of Death by Chocolate....
well, we're taking this one step further
and calling this cake Death by Reese's!  :)

After all, what's better than my favorite candy
transformed into a delectable dessert!

Death By Reese's Cake

Peanut Butter Cake Layers:

1 box white cake mix
2 sticks of butter
3/4 cup milk
5 eggs
1/2 cup peanut butter

With a mixer, whip the butter and peanut butter until creamy.
Add the cake mix,  the eggs 1 at a time, and the milk, mixing well.

Pour into 2 -- 9 inch cake pans.
Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until done.
Completely cool on wire rack before frosting.

Peanut Butter Icing

5 TBSP butter
2 containers of white icing of your choice
3/4 cup peanut butter

Whip the butter and peanut butter until creamy.
Add the white icing and whip until combined.

You'll also need 1 container of chocolate icing for the frosting between the layers and the top of the cake...
Duncan Hines is my favorite
