The Man's Lemon Pepper Pork Loin

This will be the easiest recipe you'll ever prepare.  I promise!  

This was one of the first dinners the handsome man cooked for me. Be still my heart...

Absolutely delicious :)

The Man's Lemon Pepper Pork Loin

2-3 lb pork loin

Lemon Pepper Seasoning 

Take the thawed pork loin and 
thoroughly cover it with the lemon pepper seasoning.  

Rub it in well.  

Then cover it with more seasoning.  

Place the pork loin in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.  Cover it with foil and bake it 1 hour at 350 degrees.   

Uncover and bake for 30 minutes.  

Slice and serve with rice and veggies of your choice.

He would use the whole container on the pork loin...

yes...really...

That's a tad much for me, so I only used about 1/2 the container...

Coat the loin well and rub in...
then coat well again...really...it's ok...
 

Place in your sprayed baking dish...

Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour...

Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes...

It will look yummy like this!

Slice and enjoy with your favorite sides--
