Pizza Nachos

Sharing this delicious recipe for some Nachos
that I came home and whipped up the other night...
You know just the just amount of melted cheese
that is needed after a particularly stressful day!
I think the delicious Parmesan Garlic Sauce is what makes them!

Parmesan Garlic Cream Sauce

1 1/2 TBSP unsalted butter
1/2 TBSP olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
3/4 c heavy cream
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Melt the butter along with olive oil on low heat.
Toss in the minced garlic and stir.
Turn to medium heat and add in the cream until it comes to a boil.  Add the salt and Parmesan cheese and continue stirring.
The sauce with thicken pretty quick.  Remove and set aside.

Nachos:
4 cups chips of your choice--we love the tiny Tostito's
 garlic cream sauce
2/3 cups marinara sauce
chopped green onion
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1 can sliced olives
tiny pepperonis

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Add your chips to your iron skillet.

Drizzle half the garlic cream sauce over all the chips.
Spoon half the marinara onto the chips.

Add half the shredded cheese,
half the green onion and half the olives.

Add another layer of chips and repeat.
Bake until its nice and bubbly 5-7 minutes
